Adding a Goalie

The procedure for adding yourself to the list is pretty simple: 1. Start an e-mail to bsy@goaliestation.org. 2. Cut and paste the form below into the e-mail message. 3. Fill out the form. (use the existing entries as examples) 4. Attach a picture if you want. 5. Send it. name: skill level: willing to play at: currently plays on: home phone: work phone: mobile phone: e-mail address: notes: only adult goalies I'll try to update the site a couple of times a week. If your name is already on the list and you wish to change some information or remove your name altogether, just send me some e-mail stating so. If you send an update or just an email confirming that your information is still valid, I'll update the "Updated" field.
